Andria is a seasoned strategy executive and product leader, committed to helping improve people’s lives and accelerating positive change in the world. She enjoys solving problems, analyzing customer needs and the business case, working with teams to prioritize and act, developing partnerships and fostering talent. Andria has a range of diverse experiences that make her an extraordinary leader. She moved from tech startups to the Peace Corps, to management consulting and then a political startup, to most recently being the product and business lead for a standalone app with millions of users at Capital One. She brought a data-driven discipline to FinLocker’s processes, continuously measuring a product’s performance in the marketplace and calibrating investments with precision.
