FinLocker was named the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award for a New Product FinTech Solution in the Business Technology category in The 20th Annual American Business Awards®. The winning nomination highlighted the functional and design enhancements introduced in the FinLocker v3.0 app, released in July 2021, which positioned the app as a customer-for-life platform for the mortgage industry.
FinLocker’s nomination received comments from eight judges, including, “Again, this is the type of success tech story that I love reading the most, particularly for the part about the finding the niche or the pain point of the market, engaging the under-engaged communities or groups, and helping to better life for people with more planning, preparation, and readiness! This FinLocker story has it all! I particularly love the part where the app pre-connects the loan initiator and the potential customers, and while helping the customers build their finance towards being qualified for a mortgage, it also overtime collects and builds up customers’ profile and documentation base for mortgage application readiness, bridging the gap and saving time and resources for both ends.
