KeySteps has integrated the homegenius Real Estate property search, so homebuyers never need to leave the app to find a home within their price range and desired neighborhood.

When homebuyers save a property, they’ll receive an estimated monthly payment based on the current 30-year interest rate and advice on budgeting for the home purchase. They’ll be notified when the price changes and how this affects their monthly mortgage payment.

Loan officers and their real estate agents (if referred from a co-branded app) are also notified when a consumer saves a property.
